Full job description

Are you a detail-driven creative who takes pride in your work? We're looking for an Artworker to join our team, supporting the delivery of high-quality visual assets across print and digital channels. Working closely with our Creative Designers, you'll help bring campaigns and content to life, while keeping the operational side of a busy creative function running smoothly.

What you will be doing:

Adapting and re-sizing creative assets for use across websites, emails, social media, and advertising, ensuring everything is prepared to professional standards for both digital and print
Making amends to Adobe and Microsoft templates based on stakeholder feedback, adjusting layout, copy, imagery, and formatting as required
Carrying out thorough quality checks across all artwork, including spelling, alignment, image resolution, and brand consistency
Keeping file systems, asset libraries, and templates well-organised and up to date, so the team always has what they need at their fingertips

What we’re looking for:

Proficiency in Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator, alongside confident use of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Excellent attention to detail with a methodical, organised approach to managing files, deadlines, and multiple projects at once
A collaborative and can-do attitude
Someone who communicates well, takes feedback constructively, and is genuinely keen to learn and grow
