Senior Marketing Executive (MaternityCover)

Location: Collier Webb Foundry, Eastbourne — with regular trips to London

Reports To: Marketing Manager

Salary: £30,000–£35,000

Closing Date: 30th June 2026

Collier Webb — renowned designers and makers of the finest lighting, furniture and hardware — is looking for a Senior Marketing Executive (Maternity Cover) to help bring our story to life, from the foundry floor to the world's most beautifully designed interiors.

This is a hands-on, creative role for someone with strong marketing experience and a genuine appreciation for British design and craftsmanship. Based at our Eastbourne Foundry, with regular trips to London, it offers variety, visibility and the chance to shape the voice of a respected luxury brand with international reach.

What You'll Be Doing

Content & Campaign Leadership

Plan, produce and oversee engaging content across our website, social media, email newsletters and printed communications
Design and maintain up-to-date marketing materials, including print collateral, specification sheets and digital assets
Manage the organisation and accessibility of our content and asset libraries for seamless internal and external use
Engage with our social media accounts, responding to comments and messages where required

Digital Marketing & Analytics

Support the continuous development of our website in partnership with our Systems Director and external agencies
Monitor, analyse and report on digital performance metrics, driving optimisation and growth opportunities
Implement and refine SEO best practices to maximise user engagement and conversion

Visual Content & Brand Stewardship

Coordinate photography and videography projects with external suppliers to support campaigns, showroom presentations and client materials
Photograph and film products, showroom displays, installations, events and behind-the-scenes moments
Oversee editing and formatting to ensure all visual content aligns with Collier Webb's distinct aesthetic and luxury positioning

Events & Product Launches

Play an integral role in planning and delivering key events, including product launches and industry events in both the UK and US
Capture and share event content to extend brand reach and engagement

Additional Marketing Support & Collaboration

Manage marketing administration tasks, such as the marketing inbox and internal coordination
Provide proactive, flexible support across teams to keep project deadlines and communications on track

Skills & Experience

Proven marketing experience, ideally within luxury, design, interiors or a related field
Strong photography and videography skills with an excellent visual eye
Proficiency with Canva, CapCut, Adobe Creative Suite or similar creative tools
Confident across digital platforms, social media and content coordination
Excellent written and organisational skills, with a sharp eye for detail
A genuine interest in design, craftsmanship and how beautiful things are made
