Vehicle Valeter – Independent Jaguar, Land Rover & BMW Specialist

Due to continued growth, RDrive is expanding – and we’re looking for a skilled and enthusiastic Vehicle Valeter to join our dedicated team.

About the Role

You will be responsible for preparing and maintaining our customers' vehicles to the highest possible standards. Working with prestige Jaguar, Land Rover, and BMW vehicles, you'll ensure every vehicle is thoroughly cleaned, presented professionally, and ready for collection.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a respected independent specialist where quality, attention to detail, and customer satisfaction are at the heart of everything we do.

Key Responsibilities

Carry out high-quality exterior vehicle valeting, including pre-wash, snow foam, hand washing, drying, wheel cleaning, and finishing to an exceptional standard.
Perform interior valeting, including vacuuming, carpet and upholstery shampooing, leather cleaning, dashboard and trim cleaning, and window polishing.
Carry out specialist cleaning tasks such as engine bay, wheel arch, and door shut cleaning where required.
Apply protective products, dressings, waxes, and sealants to enhance and protect vehicle finishes.
Prepare customer vehicles for collection, ensuring every vehicle is presented to the highest possible standard.
Safely move vehicles around the site and between locations when required, ensuring all vehicle movements are recorded and keys are managed responsibly.
Identify and report any vehicle damage or defects to the workshop team.
Maintain a clean, organised, and safe valeting area, ensuring all equipment is cared for and health and safety procedures are followed.
Work efficiently while maintaining exceptional attention to detail and consistently high standards of presentation.

About You

Previous experience as a Vehicle Valeter or in a similar vehicle preparation role is essential.
Experience in vehicle detailing or machine polishing would be advantageous but is not essential.
A genuine passion for vehicle presentation with pride in producing exceptional results.
Excellent attention to detail and a meticulous approach to every vehicle.
Physically fit and able to carry out a hands-on role involving regular bending, stretching, lifting, and standing throughout the day.
Reliable, organised, and able to work independently while contributing to a close-knit professional team.
Full UK driving licence essential (maximum six penalty points preferred).
