About The Role

Salary: £33,451.98 - £35,000 per annum

Location: based in Brentwood supporting Havering Team

Contract: Permanent Full-Time, 37 hours per week

Shifts: 9 to 5 Monday to Friday

About You

ECL are seeking a Local Business Manager to motivate, support and lead the HaveringTeam

The role will require management and leadership skills to enable you and your team to deliver emerging strategies In Havering

You will be responsible for giving direction to employees and volunteers, daily coordination, and development of the services through influencing key stakeholders, with a strong focus on choice and control for customers.

To To succeed in this role, you need:

To have previous experience of managing and leading a team
Previous experience of working in health or social care setting
A proven track record of budget management in order to deliver a cost-effective service and maximise income opportunities
To work flexibly and collaboratively across structural boundaries
To be aware of the market dynamics and emerging opportunities and work collaboratively
To be friendly, approachable, supportive and adaptable to change
To have a full driving licence and access to a car
