About Us:
Hi there! We’re More Than Foil, a small but passionate eCommerce business based in South Godstone. We specialise in creating personalised, hand-crafted art prints that turn cherished memories into stunning gifts. Our mission is to offer something truly unique and meaningful in the world of gift-giving.

Role Overview:
We are looking for a dedicated and proactive individual to join our team as a Production Assistant.

In this role, you will be at the heart of our operations, responsible for the entire end-to-end production cycle, from printing and foiling to packing and dispatching orders. There may also be an opportunity to get involved with creating social media content.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage the complete production process, from printing and foiling to artwork framing and order packaging.
Ensure that each order is produced to the highest quality standards and delivered on time.
Handle order tracking and manage inventory to ensure seamless operations

Key Skills required:

Attention to detail to ensure that each order is produced to the highest quality standards.
Ability to swiftly pick up our operation process - to learn how to operate our machines and how to efficiently frame prints and pack orders (full training will be provided).
Basic computer skills to operate printers, create shipping labels, look up orders, communicate with the wide team and prepare print files.

Adaptable: Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and handling multiple tasks.
Detail-Oriented: A keen eye for detail to ensure every product passes our quality control and ensure all orders have been designed, created and shipped correctly.
Desirable quality- Creative: A flair for creativity is a huge plus, particularly in crafting unique content and coming up with new ideas.
