Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and dedicated Support Supervisor to assist our Managers in leading a busy shift from Friday - Sunday with additional hours being available to cover managers holidays. In this vital role, you will oversee daily operations, supervise staff, and ensure that all customers receive high-quality service. Your leadership will foster a positive atmosphere, promote compliance with daily working routines, and uphold the highest standards of safety and well-being.

Working hours are Friday, Saturday and Sunday with additional hours to cover holiday leave. Shift patterns are 7.5 hours per day from 10am - 9pm dependant upon rota. Any holiday leave cover will be 10 hour working day as you will be responsible for the open and close.

Responsibilities

Supervise and support staff to ensure the delivery of exceptional customer service and completion of daily tasks
Coordinate daily parties and floor allocation
Assist in cleaning tasks when required and be responsible for final checks at close
Completion of accident reports and logging
Deal with customer complaints professionally
Cash handling for End of Day
Health & Safety daily checks and sign off according to risk assessment
Ensure stock is replenished before and during service
Key holder position for open and close of business

Experience

Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a diverse team
Excellent communication skills to liaise effectively with families and staff
Previous supervisory experience is preferred but not essential

Pay: From £13.71 per hour
