We have an amazing opportunity for you to continue your property career with our market leading, independent Estate Agent as a Sales/Senior Sales Consultant. Previous experience is required - but more importantly we are looking for someone with a great work ethic and attitude to fit into our team!

The Role

Under the guidance of the Director and rest of the sales department, you will become invaluable in ensuring the smooth running of the department, you’ll bring a friendly, helpful, honest, and efficient approach to understanding prospective buyer's requirements, matching them with properties, conducting viewings and negotiating offers. Depending on experience, there is the opportunity to join the valuing team to conduct valuations.

It’s a busy, dynamic role that will also see you go beyond ensuring that every customer interaction is a positive experience, to looking ahead to see how the branch can operate even more efficiently.

Who are we looking for…

We have an open mind when considering who will be the perfect candidate for his role. What is important is that you have recent, relevant estate agency experience for at least 1 year.

In return for your hard work, you will receive a competitive basic salary for a starting role within the industry with a very realistic OTE of between £30,000pa and £38,000pa (or beyond depending on performance as the commission is uncapped).

Required Skills and Experience

We believe success is based on attitude and therefore it is the right attitude that we are searching for.

You will also:

· Be passionate about delivering exceptional customer service.

· Have the will to form a strong working relationship with your colleagues.

· Have the ability to work under pressure and towards deadlines and targets.

· Have strong communication skills and confidence in building rapport with a variety of customers.

· Have a full UK Valid Driving Licence and your own car.

· Excellent communication skills.

Working Hours

5-day working week on a three-rota pattern of:

· Week 1: Monday to Friday - 8:30am to 6pm

· Week 2: Monday to Saturday 8:30am to 6pm (5pm finish on Saturday with a midweek day off in lieu)

· Week 3: Monday to Saturday 8:30am to 6pm (5pm finish on Saturday with a midweek day off in lieu)
