Practice Nurse – Permanent Opportunity | Doncaster

Location: Doncaster
Pay: £23 per hour
Contract: Permanent | Part-Time or Full-Time
Clinical System: System1

AppLocum is recruiting on behalf of an award-winning GP practice in Doncaster for an experienced Practice Nurse to join their friendly and patient-focused team.

This is an excellent opportunity to become part of a supportive practice that is committed to delivering outstanding patient care while investing in the professional development of its staff.

The Role

As a Practice Nurse, you will be responsible for delivering a wide range of general practice nursing services, including:

Chronic disease management and QOF reviews
Child and adult immunisations and vaccinations
Cervical cytology (smears)
Wound care and dressings
Health promotion and patient education
General practice nursing duties

The successful candidate will be confident and competent in managing chronic disease reviews, immunisations, and all core Practice Nurse responsibilities.

Working Hours

Flexible Part-Time or Full-Time opportunities available
Working hours between 8:00am – 6:00pm
One 8:00pm finish per week
6 Saturdays per year (9:00am – 1:00pm)
