About the Role

Construction Linx is looking for an experienced and dependable Multi-Skilled Joiner to join our growing team, supporting projects across our Facilities Management and Construction divisions.

This is a varied, hands-on position involving reactive maintenance, planned works, refurbishments, fit-outs, and installations across a diverse portfolio of commercial and industrial properties throughout the North West.

We are seeking a motivated individual who takes pride in delivering high-quality workmanship, excellent customer service, and a professional approach on every project.

Key Responsibilities

Carry out a wide range of joinery and multi-trade works across customer sites.
Complete reactive and planned maintenance tasks to a high standard.
Undertake refurbishment, repair, and installation projects.
Attend site surveys and assist with project planning and quotations.
Coordinate materials, deliveries, and site preparation requirements.
Liaise professionally with clients, subcontractors, suppliers, and colleagues.
Complete job reports, photographs, timesheets, and other required documentation.
Identify and report additional works opportunities to project managers.
Ensure compliance with all Health & Safety policies and site procedures.
Maintain company vehicles, tools, and equipment in good working order.

Essential Requirements

Minimum 5 years' experience within a multi-skilled trade environment.
Strong joinery background with proven practical experience.
Ability to work independently and manage workloads effectively.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
Full UK Driving Licence.

Desirable Qualifications

SSSTS (Site Supervisor Safety Training Scheme)
CSCS Card
First Aid at Work Certificate
Additional trade qualifications
