About the Company:

MES International is a specialist fabrication and engineering company providing high-quality manufacturing solutions to customers across a variety of industries. Operating from a workshop environment in Bruntingthorpe, we undertake a wide range of fabrication work using industry-standard equipment and processes, with a strong focus on quality, efficiency and attention to detail.

Due to continued growth, we are looking to expand our workforce with skilled and motivated individuals who take pride in their work and want to be part of a growing business.

About the Role:

We are currently recruiting for experienced MIG and TIG Welders/Fabricators to join a busy and growing manufacturing company based in the Bruntingthorpe area.

This is an excellent opportunity for candidates with fabrication and welding experience who are looking for a stable, long-term position.

Duties Include:

MIG and/or TIG welding on a variety of metal components
Fabrication work from engineering drawings
Measuring, cutting and assembling materials
Carrying out quality checks to ensure work meets company standards
Using hand and power tools safely and effectively
Working independently and as part of a team within a workshop environment
Maintaining a clean and safe working area
Laser and CNC experience a benefit

About You:

Previous MIG and/or TIG welding experience
Ability to read and work from technical/engineering drawings
Good attention to detail and quality standards
Experience within a manufacturing or fabrication environment
Reliable with a good attitude towards work and teamwork
