Summary

We are seeking a dedicated Security Guard to join our team at Weston FM Group Ltd in GB. This role is vital in maintaining safety and security for our clients and their premises, contributing to our mission of delivering exceptional service and fostering a secure environment. Weston FM Group are looking to employ a Security Officer as part of a team this will be on a full time contract. The location will be in Newport Weston FM Group are looking to employ a Security Officer to form part of a team in Newport . The shifts are based on 4 on 4 off, nights 4 off rota we are looking for someone for over 6 years experience the rate will be £14.31 per hour.

SIA Badge is essential,

Full training will be given.

Good Security Experience required.
Responsibilities

Monitor premises through surveillance systems to ensure safety.
Conduct regular patrols to deter theft, vandalism, and other security breaches.
Implement loss prevention strategies to protect client assets.
Respond promptly to incidents or emergencies with professionalism.
Maintain accurate logs of activities and incidents.
Collaborate with team members to uphold security protocols.
Provide first aid assistance when necessary.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
Qualifications
Proven experience in security or related fields.
Knowledge of surveillance systems, CCTV operation, and loss prevention techniques.
First aid certification is preferred.
Strong observational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication skills.
Ability to remain calm under pressure.
Professional appearance and demeanor.
Reliable with a strong sense of responsibility.
