Holiday Camp Manager
Lead. Inspire. Create Unforgettable Experiences.
At Lazer Lions/Lion Pack, we don't just run holiday camps — we create extraordinary childhood memories.
As one of the fastest-growing children's activity providers in the Surrey and South West London, we are seeking exceptional leaders who can inspire teams, elevate standards, and create a culture where children, parents, and staff thrive.
This is not a role for someone who simply manages a timetable.
We are looking for a Holiday Camp Manager who leads from the front, sets the gold standard in professionalism, energy and care, and positively influences everyone around them.
If you're passionate about developing people, creating exceptional experiences for children, and driving a culture of excellence, we want to hear from you.

- Multi-Sports
- Laser Tag
- Nerf Battles
- Arts & Crafts
- Team Games
