Braddicks Holidays are Recruiting -

What we are looking for -

Braddicks Leisure is looking for a proactive and skilled Maintenance crew member to join its team to help keep our holiday park running smoothly and looking its best.

This is a hands‑on role covering reactive repairs, planned maintenance and site presentation across accommodation, on site venue and grounds.

What you will be doing -

Carrying out day‑to‑day repairs including plumbing, carpentry, decorating, basic electrical work and general maintenance.
Completing planned preventative maintenance and identifying issues before they escalate.
Maintaining caravans, lodges and facilities, including refurbishments and external structure repairs.
Supporting grounds presentation through grass cutting, pressure washing, painting and seasonal projects.
Completing Health & Safety checks including Legionella monitoring, fire safety inspections and compliance tasks.
Responding quickly to maintenance requests to support guest experience and operational departments.
Participating in weekend and emergency call‑out rotas.

What we’re looking for

Practical maintenance experience across a range of trades.
A positive, professional approach and strong customer service skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Good record‑keeping and attention to detail.
Flexibility to support busy operational periods and out‑of‑hours emergencies.

Rate of Pay - Competitive (DOE) + On Call Rate
