CUSTOMER SERVICE ADVISOR – BARNSTAPLE
Fairway Furniture

Be part of something new. Join the team opening our Barnstaple store.

The Role

· As a key member of our Barnstaple team, you will be the first point of contact for customers and suppliers.

· Manage customer enquiries in person, by phone and via email.

· Support the full order process including updates, deliveries and aftercare.

· Liaise with suppliers and logistics teams to ensure smooth order fulfilment.

· Provide administrative support using Outlook, Excel and internal systems.

· Resolve customer queries professionally and efficiently.

About You

· Friendly, approachable and professional.

· Organised and accurate with strong administrative skills.

· Customer service experience in a retail or office environment.

· Confident using Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).

· Positive, can-do attitude and team player.

Working Hours

· 37.5 hours per week on a rolling rota - typically five days from seven with minimal weekend and bank holiday working.

· Monday–Saturday: 9:00am – 5:30pm.

· Sunday: 10:00am – 4:30pm.

What We Offer

Competitive salary plus bonus scheme:

Basic pay: £29,000 per annum
Admin bonus scheme adding £1k to £4k to salary
Plus other additional bonuses
OTE between £30k and £34k
