What will you be doing?

As a Contract Administrator for British Engineering Services Group, you will be responsible for delivering end‑to‑end contract management within our Consultancy Support Services Team, providing best‑in‑class service to our customers. You will coordinate quotations, scheduling, onboarding and invoicing, ensuring a seamless experience throughout the life of each contract.

You will:

Take ownership of customer queries through to resolution
Plan and schedule inspections, supporting the wider service strategy
Follow agreed processes and procedures to deliver consistently high customer service
Build strong relationships with Engineers and provide guidance on customer requirements
Adapt to changing volumes, processes and technologies with ease
Become a recognised expert in best practice across the team
Interpret, calculate and analyse information to ensure accurate pricing
Develop strong systems knowledge to deliver excellent service
Manage customer interactions efficiently and professionally via phone and email
Plan and prioritise your workload in line with business needs
Ensure accurate billing and invoicing
