Join Our Luxury Spa Team

We are seeking a confident, personable, and service-driven to join our award-winning spa team.

Based within the luxurious spa at Lodore Falls Hotel & Spa, this is a guest-facing hospitality role where you will deliver a refined yet relaxed food and beverage experience in our Spa Champagne Bar, while helping maintain exceptional spa standards throughout the day.

About the Role

As a Spa Champagne Bar Host, you will:

Serve drinks, Champagne, cocktails and light snacks to spa guests
Prepare teas, coffees, and barista-style beverages (full training provided)
Ensure the spa lounge and surrounding areas are clean, tidy, and beautifully presented
Carry out regular cleaning between spa sessions to maintain high standards at all times
Restock fridges and supplies to support smooth daily operations
Assist guests with enquiries in a friendly and professional manner
Support opening and closing procedures of spa thermal areas
Work closely with spa and hotel teams to deliver seamless service

Previous hospitality or bar experience is desirable but not essential. We’re looking for someone enthusiastic, reliable, detail-focused, and passionate about delivering exceptional service. We’ll provide all the training you need to succeed.

Shift Patterns

8-hour straight shifts (no split shifts)
Early: 7:00am – 3:30pm
Mid: 8:30am – 5:00pm or 12pm – 8:30pm
Late: 12:45pm – 9:15pm
