Job Summary:

Palace GT Hospitality & Corporate Services Ltd is seeking an accomplished and operationally driven Vice President of Hospitality Operations to oversee and enhance hospitality service delivery, operational performance, guest satisfaction, and business growth initiatives across our expanding portfolio. This executive leadership role offers the opportunity to shape operational strategy, elevate service standards, and lead high-performing hospitality teams within a dynamic and growing organization.

We are looking for a strategic leader with a passion for hospitality excellence, customer experience, and operational innovation.

What You'll Do:

Develop and execute hospitality operations strategies aligned with business objectives
Lead day-to-day operations across hospitality, guest services, facilities, and corporate support functions
Drive initiatives that improve guest satisfaction, service quality, and operational efficiency
Establish and monitor key performance indicators to ensure operational excellence
Collaborate with executive leadership on growth strategies, service enhancements, and business planning
Oversee workforce planning, team development, and leadership succession initiatives
Manage operational budgets, forecasting, and cost-control programs
Ensure compliance with health, safety, operational, and service standards
Build strong relationships with clients, partners, vendors, and stakeholders
Identify opportunities for innovation, process improvement, and revenue growth

Requirements:

Experience in hospitality operations, hotel management, guest services, facilities management, corporate services, or related leadership roles
Strong leadership and people management capabilities
Excellent communication, customer service, and stakeholder engagement skills
Experience managing large-scale operations and service delivery teams
Strong financial awareness, budgeting, and operational planning abilities
Ability to drive continuous improvement and organizational performance
Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills
Relevant hospitality qualifications or equivalent industry experience are advantageous but not essential
