Job Summary

We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Front Office Assistant to be the welcoming face of our organization. In this vital role, you will manage front desk operations, provide exceptional customer service, and support administrative functions to ensure smooth daily operations. Your proactive attitude and organizational skills will help create a positive environment for visitors, clients, and team members alike. Duties

Greet visitors, clients, and vendors warmly and professionally, ensuring they feel valued and comfortable
Manage incoming calls, direct inquiries appropriately, and take detailed messages when necessary
Maintain the reception area’s cleanliness and organization to create a welcoming atmosphere
Assist with data entry, filing systems, and document management to support office efficiency
Support event coordination or meeting preparations as needed to facilitate smooth operations
Collaborate with team members to ensure all front desk functions run seamlessly throughout the day

Experience

Prior office experience or administrative experience is preferred but not mandatory; enthusiasm to learn is key
Strong communication skills with a friendly and professional demeanor
Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail
Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency in basic computer applications such as MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Reliable and punctual with a positive attitude toward teamwork and customer service

Pay: £25,420.00-£29,000.00 per year
