Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Level 3 Hairdresser to join our vibrant team! In our salon at Kh hair In this role, you will bring your expert hairdressing skills, creativity, and passion for beauty to deliver exceptional services to our clients. As a senior member of the team, you will also play a vital role in mentoring junior stylists, managing salon operations, and enhancing the overall client experience. Your energetic approach and dedication will help elevate our salon’s reputation as a premier destination for hair and beauty services. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to showcase your talents, develop your leadership skills, and grow within a supportive environment.

Responsibilities

Perform advanced hair cutting, coloring, styling, and chemical treatments with precision and artistry.
Provide outstanding customer service by listening carefully to clients’ preferences and offering professional recommendations.
Manage front desk duties including appointment scheduling, client check-in/out, and maintaining a welcoming atmosphere.
Mentor and guide junior stylists by sharing expertise, offering constructive feedback, and fostering professional growth.
Upsell additional services and retail products to enhance client satisfaction and salon revenue.

Skills

Expertise in barbering techniques along with advanced hair coloring and styling skills.
Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively and build lasting client relationships.
Experience in front desk operations, appointment booking systems, and retail upselling strategies.
Ability to mentor team members by providing guidance on technical skills and customer interactions.
