At Branding Genius, we're looking for an experienced and motivated Graphic Designer to join our growing team. Ideally, you'll have at least 2 years' experience within the print and design industry and be confident producing high-quality artwork accurately and efficiently.
As a small but busy creative business, no two days are the same. We work on a wide variety of projects with tight turnaround times, so we're looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys a challenge, and takes pride in delivering excellent work.
About This Role
The graphic design industry is changing rapidly. With the rise of AI design tools and low-cost online design platforms, many businesses now require less traditional graphic design work than they once did.
Because of this, this is not a role where you'll spend all day creating logos or marketing artwork. Instead, we're looking for someone who enjoys a varied position where design is combined with the technical side of production & also dealing with customer enquiries and having meetings with customers face to face.
This is a highly integrated role where you'll not only create designs but also prepare, adapt and productionise artwork for print, signage and large-format applications. A large part of the job involves ensuring artwork is accurate, production-ready and suitable for manufacture, whether that's signage, vehicle graphics, exhibition displays, printed materials or other visual branding products.
You'll need to understand both the creative and practical aspects of the industry, taking projects from initial concept through to finished production files. This means having a good understanding of print processes, artwork setup, scale, materials and attention to detail.
We're looking for someone who enjoys solving problems, takes pride in producing accurate work and wants to be part of the complete creative process—not just the design stage.

Our client portfolio ranges from small local businesses through to national and corporate brands. You'll work across a wide variety of creative projects including:
- Branding and logo design
- Print and marketing materials
- Packaging design
- Advertising campaigns
- Exhibition graphics
- Signage and vehicle graphics
- Large format print
You'll be expected to work from a design brief through to production-ready artwork with minimal supervision while maintaining exceptional quality and accuracy.
What We're Looking For
We're looking for someone who is:
- Experienced within the design and print industry (essential)
- Confident preparing artwork for print
- Highly organised and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Creative with a strong eye for layout, typography and branding
- Comfortable working independently as well as within a team
- Able to work efficiently under pressure and meet deadlines
- Receptive to constructive feedback and committed to continuous improvement
- Friendly, professional and confident communicating with clients
- Self-motivated with excellent attention to detail
Formal qualifications are not essential. Whether you're degree-trained or self-taught, we're interested in your ability, experience and portfolio.
Software Experience
You should be proficient in:
- Adobe Illustrator
- Adobe Photoshop
- Adobe InDesign
Experience with large format print, signage artwork and vehicle graphics would be a significant advantage.
