Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper/Cleaner to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene across various premises, ensuring a welcoming environment for guests and clients. Previous experience in hotel or hospitality settings is highly desirable, along with janitorial expertise. This role offers an opportunity to work in a professional environment where attention to detail and reliability are valued.

Duties

Clean and sanitise guest rooms, communal areas, and private spaces according to company standards
Change bed linens, make beds, and replenish amenities as required
Sweep, mop, vacuum, and dust all surfaces to maintain cleanliness
Restock supplies such as toiletries, towels, and cleaning materials
Report any maintenance issues or damages observed during cleaning duties
Follow health and safety protocols at all times to ensure a secure working environment
Assist with laundry duties when necessary and manage waste disposal appropriately

Requirements

Previous experience in hotel or hospitality sectors is preferred
Janitorial experience is advantageous but not essential; training will be provided
Strong organisational skills with an eye for detail
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Good communication skills and a professional attitude
Flexibility to adapt to changing schedules and priorities
A commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene
