Join #TeamDA as a Marketing Executive

We are looking for a motivated and creative Marketing Executive to join our growing team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys working across a variety of projects, from digital campaigns and PR to events and sponsorships, and who is passionate about supporting both our clients and our people.

About the role

As a Marketing Executive, you will help deliver our marketing plan and ensure the David Allen brand thrives across all areas of the business. A key focus of this role will be digital marketing, supporting the development and execution of engaging online campaigns that enhance brand awareness, generate leads and strengthen client relationships.

You will be responsible for updating and optimising website content, including news, insights and recruitment pages, ensuring it is engaging, user-friendly and aligned with SEO best practice. The role also involves planning and scheduling social media content across multiple platforms, monitoring engagement and analysing performance to continually improve results.

Working with the Marketing Manager, you will support email marketing campaigns from concept to delivery, including audience segmentation, content creation and performance reporting. You will also assist with digital advertising initiatives, helping to create and monitor paid campaigns across platforms such as Google and social media to maximise reach and return on investment.

In addition to digital activity, you will contribute to the creation of marketing materials and press releases, support campaigns from planning through to evaluation, and play a key role in organising events such as agricultural shows, sponsorships and client events. You will also assist with managing sponsorship and partnership activity, ensuring consistent brand representation across all channels.

This is a varied and rewarding role where strong communication, creativity and organisation are key. Working closely with the Marketing Manager and colleagues across the group, you will be supported to develop your skills and contribute to a wide range of impactful marketing projects.
