Full job description

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Hard Landscaper to join our award-winning design and landscape company. This is a role within our construction division, responsible for delivering high-quality, design-led hard landscaping projects from plan to completion.

The successful candidate will be organised, proactive, and capable of working on site as part of a team while ensuring projects are completed safely, efficiently and to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities

Install a variety of hard landscaping materials, including:

Porcelain paving

Natural stone

Clay pavers

Brickwork

Decking

Install surface drainage systems and formwork.
Interpret and implement site design plans to ensure hard landscaping works are delivered accurately and to specification.
Work closely with soft landscaping teams to ensure seamless project delivery.
Maintain effective communication with project managers, garden designers and subcontractors.

Essential Requirements

Full, clean UK driving licence.
Valid CSCS card, beneficial not essential.
Competent in the safe use of power tools and site equipment.
A good working knowledge and experience with installing a variety of hard landscaping is essential.
Understanding of health and safety regulations and best practices.
