Hillcroft Surgery Supplies | Houndstone Business Park | Full-time (Mon–Fri, 7.30am–5.00pm)

Salary: £32,000 + bonus (OTE £36,000) | 28 days’ holiday (incl. bank holidays) | Free parking | 2 lunches per week

What you’ll be doing

You’ll support our Business Development Executives (BDEs) and help customers experience an excellent service, typically getting involved in:

Appointment and meeting preparation
Quote preparation
Account management support and customer queries
Identifying account growth opportunities
Appointment booking and diary management
Admin support for BDE meetings (summaries, actions, follow-ups)
CRM management and keeping records accurate

The role of Sales Coordinator at Hillcroft is integral to our customers experience with the business and there are a few things that are really important to us:

1: A strong ability to build relationships with clients and colleagues.

2: Excellent planning and attention to detail.

3: Ability to multitask and manage a variety of different tasks in a day.
