Moduloft is a leading modular house builder known for innovative design and high-quality construction. We pride ourselves on delivering exceptional homes tailored to our clients' needs, and we are looking for a dynamic Contract Manager to join our team.

Job Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Contract Manager to oversee projects from site installation. Ensuring that all work is completed to the highest standard. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing multiple projects across the UK, and Channel Islands requiring travel accross multiple sites and hands-on management.

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee all aspects of project management from installation planning through to completion.

- Experience managing a team and allocating resources.

- Coordinate with all stakeholders and subcontractors to ensure timely and budget-compliant project delivery.

- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, quality, and safety.

- Manage project schedules, budgets, and resources effectively.

- Address and resolve any issues or delays promptly.

- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.

- Maintain excellent communication with clients, providing updates and managing expectations.

- Conduct follow-up works and inspections to ensure complete client satisfaction.

Qualifications and Experience:

- Proven experience as a Project/Contract Manager in the construction industry, preferably within modular building but not essential.

- Strong understanding of construction processes, techniques, and standards.

- Exceptional organisational and time-management skills.

- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Proficiency in project management software and tools.

- Full UK driving license.
