Full job description

Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Nightclub Manager to oversee the daily operations of our vibrant nightclub. The ideal candidate will possess strong management skills, a passion for hospitality, and a commitment to delivering exceptional guest services. This role offers an exciting opportunity to lead a lively venue, ensuring a safe, welcoming, and memorable experience for all patrons.

Duties

Manage the venue during opening times, this will involve late nights / early mornings
Manage the night-to-night operations of the nightclub, including staff supervision and scheduling
Ensure high standards of customer service are maintained at all times
Oversee security procedures to guarantee a safe environment for customers and staff
Coordinate with entertainment and DJ providers and organise event schedules
Handle customer enquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally and efficiently
Monitor compliance with licensing laws and health & safety regulations
Maintain the cleanliness and organisation of the venue
Manage stock levels, including beverages and supplies, ensuring timely replenishment
Lead by example to foster a positive team environment and motivate staff members

Qualifications

Proven management experience within the hospitality, entertainment, promotions or nightclub industry
Personal License holder
Strong understanding of customer services and customer satisfaction principles
Excellent organisational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to handle challenging situations with professionalism and tact
Knowledge of licensing laws, health & safety standards, and security protocols is essential
Flexibility to work evening shifts, weekends, and special events as required

Pay: From £32,000.00 per year
