Job Overview

We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Personal Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative support to our executive team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing schedules, handling correspondence, and ensuring the smooth operation of daily activities. This role offers an excellent opportunity for individuals with strong organisational skills and experience in office administration to contribute to a dynamic and professional environment. The position is paid and suitable for those looking to develop their career in administrative support.

Responsibilities

Managing and maintaining calendars, scheduling appointments, and organising meetings efficiently
Handling correspondence via email, phone calls, and postal mail with professionalism and courtesy
Preparing reports, presentations, and other documentation using Microsoft Office and Google Workspace tools
Data entry and maintaining accurate records within various software platforms such as QuickBooks and other accounting tools
Organising travel arrangements, accommodation bookings, and event logistics as required
Assisting with general administrative tasks including filing, photocopying, and office supplies management
Ensuring effective communication across departments through excellent phone etiquette and written correspondence
Supporting the team with ad hoc projects to facilitate daily operations

Experience

Proven administrative experience in an office environment or similar role
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace applications
Experience with QuickBooks or similar accounting software is desirable
Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively
Excellent data entry skills with high accuracy and attention to detail
Previous clerical or office experience is advantageous
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced setting
Good telephone manner and professional communication skills are essential
