About Us
Tunstall Meat Company (TMC) is a farm-supplied butcher's shop based in Richmond, North Yorkshire. Our meat is sourced from our own farm just five miles away, giving us an unrivalled provenance story built around the ethos #KnowWhereYourMeatComesFrom. We sell directly from our shop and nationwide via our online Shopify store.
Tunstall Road Farm Holidays (The Farmhouse) is our sister business — a premium holiday let set within the working farm. Guests enjoy a genuine taste of North Yorkshire farm life, with beautiful countryside, high-quality facilities, and exclusive experiences on the doorstep.
Both businesses share a common identity rooted in authenticity, quality, and the land. Great visual content is central to how we tell that story online, on social media, and in our marketing campaigns.
The Role
We are looking for a talented and versatile photographer and videographer to work with us on an ongoing basis, capturing compelling content across both businesses. This is a creative and varied role that will take you from inside our butchery to out on the farm — from beautifully lit product shots to atmospheric short-form video for social media.
The right person will understand rural and food businesses, have a genuine eye for authentic storytelling, and be able to deliver polished, platform-ready content without heavy hand-holding.
Key Responsibilities
Tunstall Meat Company
- Product photography of cuts of meat, butchery counter displays, packaging, and special offers
- Behind-the-scenes content capturing the butchery process, craftsmanship, and team
- Farm-to-fork storytelling: photography and video linking the farm to the finished product
- Short-form video content for Instagram Reels and Facebook — hooks, process shots, seasonal campaigns
- Content for Meta advertising campaigns (static images, video ads, carousel assets)
- Seasonal and promotional shoots (e.g. BBQ season, Christmas, Easter)
- Lifestyle imagery for the website and email marketing
Tunstall Road Farm Holidays
- Interior and exterior photography of the holiday property
- Lifestyle and aspirational content — guests enjoying the farm setting, countryside views, seasonal activities
- Video walkthroughs and short promotional clips for social media and the booking platform
- Seasonal content to support promotional campaigns and special offers
- Event and experience photography (e.g. farm activities, local produce, seasonal moments)
- Content suitable for Google Ads, Meta Ads, and the SuperControl booking platform
This is NOT a social media coordinator. This is purely gathering the content.
Practical Details
Shoots will typically take place at our premises in Richmond, North Yorkshire, and on the farm. The volume and scheduling of work will vary by season, with busier periods around key sales moments (BBQ season, Christmas, bank holidays and school holidays for the holiday let).
We are open to discussing the structure of this arrangement — whether that is a day rate for planned shoots, a retainer for a set number of shoot days per month, or a project-by-project basis. We'd welcome a conversation about what works for both parties.
Pay: £300.00-£400.00 per month
