Job Summary

Duties

Enter and update customer data accurately within our systems, maintaining high standards of data entry quality.
Analyze customer issues to identify root causes and provide appropriate solutions or escalate complex cases as needed.
Engage in upselling opportunities by understanding customer needs and recommending relevant products or services.
Support multilingual customers by switching seamlessly between Spanish and English, ensuring inclusive service delivery.
Maintain detailed records of interactions, resolutions, and follow-up actions to ensure consistent support.

Experience

Proven experience in customer support or a related role, preferably in a remote setting.
Strong data entry skills with attention to detail to ensure accuracy of customer information.
Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English is required; additional languages are a plus.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey information clearly and professionally.
Demonstrated analysis skills to troubleshoot issues efficiently and identify appropriate solutions.
Familiarity with phone etiquette best practices for delivering positive customer interactions.
Experience in upselling or cross-selling products/services is advantageous but not mandatory.
