Overview

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Air Conditioning Installer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing air conditioning systems across various sites. This role offers an excellent opportunity for individuals with a background in construction, mechanical systems, or equipment repair to develop their expertise within a professional environment. The ideal applicant will possess strong technical knowledge, leadership qualities, and the ability to interpret schematics effectively.

Responsibilities

Install air conditioning units in residential, commercial, and industrial settings according to project specifications
Conduct routine maintenance and repairs on existing air conditioning systems
Read and interpret technical schematics, blueprints, and installation manuals accurately
Troubleshoot issues with equipment during installation or repair processes, resolving problems promptly
Collaborate with other tradespeople during construction or renovation projects to coordinate work schedules and ensure seamless integration of systems
Maintain accurate documentation of work performed, including reports on system performance and repairs undertaken

Requirements

F-Gas qualified
Proven experience in air conditioning installation, maintenance, or related construction roles
Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to repair and troubleshoot equipment effectively
Familiarity with reading schematics and technical diagrams essential for accurate installation
Leadership skills to supervise or guide team members during projects.
Knowledge of equipment repair techniques specific to air conditioning systems
Construction experience advantageous for understanding building frameworks and integration processes
Ability to work independently or as part of a team in diverse environments
Valid driving licence preferred for transportation between sites

Pay: £150.00-£200.00 per day
