We are looking for qualified nursery practitioners (Level 3 in Childcare)
We are able to provide part time and full time positions, working up to 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday all year through.
We are an all year nursery and not able to provide term time positions.

The successful applicant will have an excellent team working ethic and will be able to bring suggestions and ideas to the setting and enhance our practice. Have excellent knowledge of EYFS, recording observations, assessment and progress, planning next steps and individual learning plans for key children. Keeping records up to date and compliance with EYFS requirements, Communicating with parents. You need to be motivated with the determination to deliver outstanding learning outcomes for children in your care.
An enhanced DBS check and two satisfactory professional references are required before any employment can be confirmed.

Pay: Up to £13.50 per hour We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Early Years Educator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in early childhood education and a genuine love for working with young children. This role involves creating a nurturing and stimulating environment where children can thrive, learn, and develop essential skills. You will be responsible for managing daily activities and ensuring that each child's individual needs are met.
Duties
- Plan and implement engaging educational activities tailored to the developmental stages of children.
- Foster a safe, inclusive, and supportive environment that encourages children's social, emotional, and cognitive growth.
- Communicate effectively with children, parents, and colleagues to build strong relationships and promote collaboration.
- Observe and assess children's progress, documenting their development and sharing insights with parents.
- Lead by example, demonstrating effective leadership skills in guiding both children and fellow educators.
- Manage classroom behaviour through positive reinforcement strategies to maintain an orderly learning environment.
- Drive initiatives that enhance the quality of care and education provided within the nursery setting.
Requirements
- A recognised qualification in Early Childhood Education or Childcare is essential.
- Previous experience working with children in a nursery or educational setting is highly desirable.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate others.
- Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
- A genuine passion for early years education and a commitment to fostering children's development.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively while maintaining attention to detail.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and adaptability in a dynamic environment.
