Job Overview

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Hygiene Operative to join our dynamic team. In this vital role, you will be responsible for maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene within our facilities, ensuring a safe and sanitary environment for all staff and visitors. Your proactive approach and commitment to quality will contribute significantly to our operational excellence. Responsibilities

Use hand tools and power tools to carry out cleaning, sanitizing, and maintenance tasks efficiently.
Follow strict hygiene protocols to ensure compliance with health and safety standards.
Conduct routine inspections of the premises to identify areas needing attention or repair.
Assist with waste disposal, ensuring proper segregation and disposal methods are followed.
Support construction or refurbishment activities by preparing work areas and assisting with basic tasks as needed.
Maintain detailed records of cleaning schedules, inspections, and maintenance activities.
Collaborate with team members to uphold cleanliness standards across all operational zones.

Experience

Previous experience working with hand tools, power tools, or in a construction environment is highly desirable.
Familiarity with hygiene procedures and health & safety regulations in a workplace setting.
Construction experience or background in facilities maintenance is advantageous.
Ability to work independently or as part of a team in a physically demanding environment.
Strong attention to detail, reliability, and a proactive attitude towards maintaining high standards of cleanliness.
