Job Overview

We are looking for a motivated and confident Life Insurance Advisor to join our growing team.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys speaking with people, building relationships and helping customers put the right financial protection in place for themselves and their families.

You will speak with prospective customers, understand their individual circumstances and protection needs, and recommend suitable life insurance and protection products. The role is ideal for someone who is target-driven but also takes pride in providing an excellent, honest and professional customer experience.

You'll be joining a supportive, friendly team where hard work is recognised and there are genuine opportunities to develop and progress your career.

Key Responsibilities

Speak with prospective customers to discuss their life insurance and protection needs
Build rapport and develop strong relationships with customers
Conduct a thorough fact-find to understand each customer's circumstances, priorities and budget
Explain available protection options clearly and confidently
Recommend suitable products based on individual customer needs
Guide customers through the application process from initial conversation through to completion
Maintain accurate and compliant customer records
Provide a high standard of customer service throughout the sales journey
Follow company processes and regulatory requirements at all times
Work towards individual and team sales targets
Follow up with prospective customers and manage your own pipeline effectively
Work closely with colleagues to deliver the best possible customer experience

What We're Looking For

Previous experience in life insurance, protection or financial services sales is desirable
Strong sales and communication skills
Confident and professional telephone manner
Ability to build rapport quickly and understand customers' individual needs
A motivated, positive and target-driven attitude
Good organisational skills and the ability to manage a sales pipeline
Excellent attention to detail
A customer-first approach with a focus on providing suitable, high-quality advice
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
A willingness to learn and develop within the protection industry
