We’re looking for our first dedicated Growth Marketing Manager to build our demand generation capability and help turn that market opportunity into qualified pipeline.
This is an opportunity to join an established SaaS business with an international client base at a pivotal point in its growth. You’ll help define how StoneShot generates demand, influence our go-to-market strategy and make a measurable impact on pipeline and revenue from day one.
The Opportunity
This isn’t a traditional marketing role.
You’ll be responsible for generating qualified sales opportunities through targeted, account-based marketing campaigns aimed at enterprise financial services organisations.
Working closely with Gavin, our Founder & CEO, alongside Product Marketing, Sales, Client Success and our Sales Development Representative (SDR), you’ll help shape our go-to-market strategy while designing and executing campaigns that create meaningful conversations with senior decision makers at target accounts.
You’ll have the autonomy to test ideas, influence messaging and see successful campaigns translate directly into commercial results. Our SDR will qualify and develop marketing-generated enquiries, allowing you to focus on creating demand and building pipeline.

What You’ll Be Doing
Account-Based Marketing
- Build and maintain our strategic target account list.
- Research buying committees and decision makers within enterprise financial services organisations.
- Develop account-based marketing strategies for named accounts.
- Work closely with Sales to identify priorities and opportunities.
Campaign Management
- Plan, build and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns.
- Create landing pages, forms, nurture journeys and campaign assets.
- Launch product marketing campaigns alongside our Product Marketing team.
- Manage marketing automation within the StoneShot platform.
Demand Generation
- Develop campaigns that generate qualified sales opportunities.
- Manage paid marketing channels including LinkedIn and search.
- Build nurture programmes that move prospects through the buying journey.
- Continuously optimise campaign performance through testing and reporting.
Events & Field Marketing
- Manage StoneShot’s industry events, webinars and sponsorships.
- Coordinate pre-event and post-event marketing activity.
- Maximise pipeline generation from every event.
Performance & Reporting
- Measure campaign effectiveness, opportunity creation and pipeline contribution.
- Report on marketing performance and ROI.
- Recommend improvements based on campaign data and insights.
Collaboration
- Partner closely with Sales, Product Marketing and Client Success.
- Work with our SDR to ensure seamless follow-up of marketing-generated opportunities.
- Share campaign insights to continuously improve our approach.
About You
You’ll probably have:
- Experience in B2B SaaS growth marketing or demand generation.
- Experience with Account-Based Marketing (ABM).
- Experience marketing to enterprise organisations with long sales cycles.
- Hands-on experience with marketing automation and CRM platforms.
- Strong campaign planning and execution skills.
- Experience managing webinars, events or field marketing activities.
- Excellent analytical skills and confidence interpreting campaign data.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work cross-functionally.
It would be great if you also have:
- Experience marketing into financial services or another regulated industry.
- Experience with Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, Marketo, Eloqua, Marketing Cloud or similar enterprise marketing platforms.
- Knowledge of GDPR and evolving privacy regulations affecting digital marketing.
