The role

We’re looking for a passionate and detail-oriented Event Planner to join our dynamic Sales & Events team. Reporting into the Group & Events Sales Manager, with some tasks delegated by your teams Senior Executives, you’ll be responsible for coordinating and delivering memorable meetings, conferences, and social events — ensuring every guest experience is seamless and personalised. This is a full-time role, working 40 hours per week.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage event bookings from initial enquiry to post-event follow-up

Liaise with clients to understand their needs and tailor event solutions

Prepare proposals, contracts, and event orders using our booking system

Collaborate with internal departments to ensure smooth event execution

Conduct site visits and show rounds with prospective clients
