Full job description

Job overview

This role is within the management company, Flowerpot Holdings Ltd, who provide administration and financial support to the wider JPP Group of Companies. The role is a combination of business development and administration, supporting the Head of Business Operations.

Responsibilities & duties

Duties are varied and will include, but are not limited to -

· Answering and directing incoming calls for all companies

· Reception – receiving visitors, making client drinks, setting up meeting space

· Providing project administration support including creating new projects on our project software, setting up of new project files both digitally and hard copy format, raising purchase orders, carry out and record credit checks on new Clients, etc.

· Provide support to the HR team and The Head of Business Operations by completing general administration duties i.e. filing, typing letters, emails etc

· Maintain and monitor Deeds and Warranties database ensuring all copies are scanned and hard copies filed.

· Provide admin support to our business development team.

You may also be involved in maintaining our SHEQ management system so knowledge of ISO 9001:2015, 14001:2015 and OHSAS18001:2007 / ISO45001:2018 would be advantageous, although training will be given.

Due to the variety of the role, a flexible and team player approach is required, with a willingness to assist colleagues in all areas of the business with the ability to use your own initiative.

Essential

IT literate, able to use Word, Excel, Outlook

Attention to detail, diligence and accuracy

Ability to work individually and as part of a team

Administration and customer service background

Good communicator / telephone manner

Desirable

Adobe Writer, InDesign and Photoshop or other graphics packages

Industry terminology

Engineering / Construction environment / Environmental

Pay: £15,600.00-£24,784.50 per year
