Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled and passionate Grill Chef / Partner In Businesses to join our dynamic culinary team. This role involves preparing and cooking high-quality grilled dishes, gourmet burgers ensuring exceptional food safety standards, and contributing to the overall success of our food service operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in food preparation, cooking, and kitchen management, with a keen eye for detail and a commitment to delivering outstanding customer experiences.

Responsibilities

Prepare and cook a variety of grilled dishes according to established recipes and quality standards
Assist in meal preparation and ensure timely delivery of orders during busy service periods
Maintain high standards of food safety, hygiene, and cleanliness in the kitchen at all times
Monitor inventory levels and assist with stock rotation and ordering as necessary
Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations and excellent customer service
Serve dishes efficiently while maintaining professionalism and friendliness towards customers
Follow all health and safety regulations, including proper handling of food and cleaning procedures

Requirements

Proven experience in food preparation, cooking, or a similar culinary role within a restaurant or catering environment
Strong knowledge of food safety standards and hygiene practices
Experience in meal preparation, especially grilling techniques, is highly desirable
Excellent organisational skills with the ability to work efficiently under pressure during peak hours
Good communication skills and the ability to work well within a team
Previous experience in restaurant service or serving customers is advantageous
A genuine passion for culinary arts and delivering exceptional dining experiences
