Full-Time | 44 Hours Per Week

Lead an Independent Pharmacy with a Strong Team and Growing Clinical Services

Dalton Pharmacy is a well-established independent community pharmacy located in the heart of Dickens Heath, Solihull. We are seeking an ambitious, patient-focused and commercially minded Pharmacy Manager to lead our team and drive the continued growth of our NHS and private healthcare services.

With an established dispensing volume of approximately 5,000 prescription items per month, a highly capable support team comprising an Accuracy Checking Technician (ACT), Pharmacy Technician, Healthcare Assistant and Trainee Dispenser, and an expanding portfolio of NHS and private clinical services, this role offers an excellent opportunity to make a genuine impact on both patient care and business performance.

As a Pharmacy First accredited pharmacy, we actively deliver NHS and private vaccination services, including flu and COVID vaccinations, and are looking for a pharmacist who is passionate about growing service delivery and developing new opportunities within community pharmacy.

We are particularly interested in pharmacists who have successfully developed NHS and private services within community pharmacy. The performance bonus is directly linked to service delivery growth, providing an excellent opportunity to increase earnings through innovation, patient engagement and service expansion.

Pay: £52,000.00-£56,000.00 per year
