Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Topman to oversee and coordinate construction activities on-site. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a solid understanding of construction processes, and the ability to operate a vehicle when necessary. This role offers an exciting opportunity to lead teams, ensure safety standards are maintained, and contribute to successful project completion. The position is paid and suitable for individuals with relevant experience or those eager to develop their skills within the construction industry. Must have own PPE and transport

Responsibilities

Supervise daily construction operations, ensuring work is completed efficiently and safely
Coordinate with team members, contractors, and clients to facilitate smooth workflow
Monitor adherence to health and safety regulations on-site
Maintain clear communication channels between all parties involved in the project

Experience

Proven experience in topman role is necessary
Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal
Ability to work effectively within a team environment
Prior experience supervising or managing construction teams is advantageous
Knowledge of health and safety regulations relevant to construction sites
