About Us:
Ruthin Castle, a beautiful historic hotel set in the heart of North Wales, is looking for a passionate and dedicated Bartender to join our team. As part of Amaze Hotels, we pride ourselves on providing exceptional service to our guests, and we are looking for someone who shares our commitment to high standards and a memorable guest experience.

Role Overview:
As a Bartender at Ruthin Castle, you'll play a vital role in providing excellent customer service by preparing and serving beverages to our guests. You'll work alongside a friendly, dynamic team, ensuring that each guest feels welcome and has a fantastic experience. You will also be responsible for maintaining cleanliness, inventory management, and ensuring the bar area is fully stocked.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to guests in a timely and efficient manner
Provide excellent customer service by engaging with guests and ensuring they have everything they need
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including cleaning glassware and equipment
Manage inventory and assist with stock replenishment as needed
Adhere to health and safety regulations at all times
Handle cash and process payments
Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth operation of the bar
Ensure all guest complaints or concerns are addressed promptly and professionally

Qualifications and Skills:

Previous experience working as a bartender or in a customer-facing role (desirable)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
A strong focus on customer satisfaction
Ability to work flexible shifts, including evenings and weekends
Must be 18 or over
