Full job description

Stage Connections is looking for a talented and highly organised Creative Producer to join our team on a maternity cover basis. Fixed-term contract for 9 months to cover maternity leave, salary pro-rated to the 9-month period (Max. £30,000 total actual earnings), with standard full-time hours.

As Creative Producer, you’ll sit at the heart of our creative process, bridging the gap between artistic vision and practical execution. You’ll shape the look and feel of print, digital and stage design projects while managing creative scope, schedules, budgets and teams to bring ideas to life.

Working closely with Project Managers and clients, you’ll help ensure campaigns and projects run smoothly from initial concept through to final delivery.

The Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a creative lead who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and is confident working across graphic design, motion graphics and video production.

You’ll be responsible for:

· Creating high-quality visual assets, motion graphics and video content that bring brands and events to life across multiple channels.

· Owning creative projects from concept through to delivery, ensuring quality, consistency and alignment at every stage.

· Collaborating with Project Managers to deliver work on time, within budget and to a high standard.

· Translating complex ideas into clear, compelling stories and visuals for clients and internal teams.

· Filming live events and editing video content to a high standard.

· Leading creative discussions and confidently presenting ideas to clients and stakeholders.

· Managing multiple projects, priorities and deadlines while maintaining excellent attention to detail.

· Supporting creative brainstorming and helping oversee social media channels.

· Coordinating and mentoring designers, motion specialists and freelancers where required.

· Thinking on your feet and responding effectively in a fast-moving, reactive environment.

What We’re Looking For

Essential experience and skills

Experience independently leading creative projects from concept to completion.

Strong experience producing end-to-end campaigns while working to tight deadlines.

Proven ability to manage multiple projects and prioritise competing workloads.

Excellent understanding of creative deliverables, digital formats, filming and content delivery.

Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite or similar creative software.

Experience coordinating creative teams, designers, motion specialists or freelancers.

Strong communication, organisation and project management skills.

Excellent attention to detail and a consistently high standard of creative execution.

You’ll also bring

Confidence working with both internal teams and external clients.

The ability to build strong relationships across different areas of a business.

A calm, professional approach when working under pressure.

The ability to adapt quickly when priorities and requirements change.

Strong presentation skills and confidence communicating creative ideas.

A proactive approach and the ability to bring projects and tasks to a timely conclusion.

Stage design experience and photography skills would be a bonus.
