We seek apprentices to join us to fuel our future growth and to develop long terms careers with great potential!
Since 2013 Fleet Evolution have developed a fantastic apprentice programme aimed at taking intelligent driven people to develop into leading lights within our organisation. All but 3 of our team have come via our apprentice programme and we have a proven track record in taking talented people who want to develop a career but need a break into this programme and developing them into senior roles within the business.
The successful applicant will spend 15 months completing a level 2 or 3 NVQ in sales or Business Admin whilst training in our engagement team who onboard customers and educate their team on electric cars. Initially this will be mainly an admin role, entering new enquiries and sending out information packs but over the apprenticeship would develop into a role in one of the following areas;
- Customer Care - Handling leads
- Engagement - Launching Schemes
- Sales - Following up leads
- Driverline - Helping customers choose the best electric car for them
- Marketing - Generating Leads
We would prefer this individual to join our engagement team after 6 months, launching our car benefit at employer sites, contacting existing customers to book new launches and driving uptake on this exciting benefit. They will also help with new enquiries.
The main attributes needed to succeed in this role are a bubbly confident nature, drive and enthusiasm along with professionalism. If you have great people skills and a work ethic we can train everything else.
An ideal opportunity for a hungry individual to train and progress in a fast growing company where your achievements will only be limited by your drive. After 15 months your salary will move to £20,000 and after a further 12 months to £22,000 as a minimum with a company electric car. The lower salary in the apprentice programme is to enable you to be fully trained to include external training bodies, developing in areas we agree will benefit you and us.
Must have a minimum of 5 GCSE's A-C including Maths and English, be positive, hardworking, friendly and open. Please note we are in a remote location with poor public transport links so public transport is not viable.
