At Kimberley (Winner of the Caravan Dealer of the year 2026! and runner up in 2025), our vision is to deliver the best caravan & motorhome buying and ownership experience for our customers An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Handover Technician. As Handover Technician your key role is to work behind the scenes support the sales team to deliver the ultimate customer buying and ownership experience. The role requires the successful candidate to effectively manage the customers at the collection of their new caravan or motorhome.

We are looking for an energetic, solution orientated, positive outgoing person that can talk confidently to customers and support them on the start of their caravan/motorhome experience .

This is an evolving role, initially the responsibilities and tasks include but are not limited to;

demonstrating and providing instructions on the use of leisure vehicles by new owners (handovers);
assisting in the display of stock (setting stock up for display and moving stock around);
photographing and listing stock on the website using our CRM system;
creating informative short videos for customers and to market the products;
completion of paperwork on handover;
assisting sales during busy times

Trainees are welcome.

You will be working very closely with the sales team and administrators across all branches, so the ability to develop a strong working relationship is essential.
