Full job description

Modality Group Limited is seeking a detail-orientated, proactive and customer focused Customer Service & Shipping Coordinator.

Modality is a leading global ultrasound supplier - we buy, sell and repair ultrasound systems and probes. With continued growth and a strong reputation in the industry, we are seeking to expand our probe repair team.

Duties:

Manage all incoming and outgoing probe shipments - ensuring accurate labelling, tracking and timely delivery
Monitor and maintain inventory of ultrasound probes, repair parts and shipping supplies
Record accurate stock levels and availability
Log incoming items into inventory systems and track repair status throughout workflow
Communicate with clients to provide repair status updates and respond to enquiries
Support general administrative and operational tasks related to the repair process

Qualifications and skills:

GCSE level qualifications including English and Maths
Very strong attention to detail and organisational skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong ability to multi-task and prioritise work independently
Comfortable working collaboratively with technicians, vendors and clients
Familiarity with databases, Microsoft Office especially Word and Excel
Previous experience in a similar role is preferred

Working Hours and Location :

Full time based at our Loughborough head office (LE11 5GU)

Salary :

The starting salary is £25,000 which will be reviewed after successful completion of a six-month probationary period.
