✅A TYPICAL DAY MAY INVOLVE...

Work closely with the customer (up to UK Logistics Director level) and our DHL operations teams to tackle ongoing service challenges and keep performance on track.
Maintain accurate, reliable processes to monitor operational service across the entire customer account.
Bring consistency to reporting, performance reviews, and management information across all customer operations.
Hold structured monthly sessions with both the customer and internal stakeholders to drive alignment and continuous improvement.
Spot opportunities for account development and build a strong pipeline for future growth.

Previous experience in a customer‑facing or account management role is essential.
Experience in operations is a real advantage and will help you influence effectively.
A proven ability to build strong, trusted relationships at all levels.
Confident, clear communication skills that inspire confidence.
The ability to present to senior stakeholders and lead discussions with credibility.
