About Us
We are a fast‑growing food production facility specialising in high‑quality, halal‑certified frozen foods for wholesalers, distributors, retailers, restaurants, and foodservice brands across the UK. As we expand our national footprint, we are looking for a driven and experienced B2B Sales Executive to join our team and accelerate our growth.

The Role
We are seeking a results‑focused sales professional with proven experience selling B2B within the food industry. You will be responsible for driving new business, managing key accounts, and building long‑term relationships with trade customers. This role requires someone who understands the food sector, can navigate procurement processes, and is confident presenting products to decision‑makers.

Key Responsibilities

Identify, target, and secure new B2B customers across wholesale, distribution, retail, and food-service channels
Manage and grow existing accounts through strong relationship building
Present and promote our product range to buyers, procurement teams, and category managers
Negotiate pricing, contracts, and volume agreements
Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and customer meetings nationwide
Work closely with production and operations to ensure customer needs are met
Provide accurate sales forecasting and reporting

Requirements

Minimum 2 years’ B2B sales experience in the food industry
Strong network within wholesale, distribution, retail, or foodservice
Proven track record of hitting and exceeding sales targets
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Ability to manage a sales pipeline and close deals
Self‑motivated, proactive, and commercially minded
Full UK driving licence
