Job Overview

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Ceramic Tiler to join our dynamic construction team. In this role, you will be responsible for installing ceramic tiles with precision and craftsmanship across various projects, ensuring high-quality finishes that meet client specifications. Your expertise will contribute to transforming spaces into beautiful, functional environments. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your skills in a fast-paced, collaborative setting while delivering exceptional results.

Responsibilities

Prepare surfaces by cleaning, leveling, and applying necessary adhesives or primers to ensure optimal tile adhesion.
Cut tiles using hand tools and power tools to fit corners, edges, and intricate patterns as specified in project plans.
Install tiles on floors, walls and other surfaces following safety standards and best practices.
Apply grouts and sealants to complete the finished look while preventing moisture infiltration.
Maintain a clean work environment by removing debris and organizing tools throughout the project duration.
Collaborate with carpenters, painters, and other tradespeople to coordinate project timelines and ensure seamless execution.

Requirements

Proven construction experience with a focus on tiling or related trades.
Proficiency in using hand tools such as trowels, chisels, cutters, and levels; experience with power tools is highly desirable.
Ability to interpret project specifications and follow detailed instructions meticulously.
Strong attention to detail, manual dexterity, and physical stamina to perform demanding tasks efficiently.
