BARISTA at SUGAR LOAF

Location: Ashbourne Road, Derby

Role : Barista (Full Time and Part Time)

Start Date: Opening soon!

We’re excited to open the doors to our brand new coffee shop and are looking for friendly, bubbly, enthusiastic and reliable people to help create something special from day one. More than just serving outstanding coffee, we’re building a welcoming space where customers feel at home and every interaction matters. If you’re passionate about people, enjoy working in a fast paced environment and want to be apart of an amazing team shaping a new local favourite from the ground up, we’d love to hear from you..

We are seeking someone motivated and passionate to join our dynamic team. We are creating a fun, welcoming and fast paced environment where our staff enjoy coming to work, just as much as our customers will enjoy coming in to see us. The ideal candidate will be able to demonstate a strong work ethic, be able to work within a team, have great customer service skills and a can do attiditude, going above and beyond for our customers and also making working amongst a team enjoyable.

Duties;

Hand crafting high quality hot and cold and beverages to a professional standard.
Providing a warm and welcoming expierence for every customer that walks through the door.
Asisiting with food prep, serving our selection of cakes and light bites.
Maintaining a clean and organised and inviting cafe environment.
Working as part of a supportive and inclusive team.
Cleaning of the store throughout your shift.

What we are looking for;

Ability to stay calm and efficient during our busy periods.
Someone who shows up on time and is ready to deliver great service.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
A positive and can do attidude.
A team player.
Attention to detail and pride in delivering our hand crafted beverages.
