Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented Office and Accounts Administrator to join our team in Derry. This role is vital in ensuring the smooth operation of our administrative and financial functions, supporting our mission to provide exceptional engineering consulting services.
Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day office administration tasks to ensure efficient operations.
Oversee accounts receiveable/payable processes and maintain accurate financial records.
Utilize Sage accounting software for financial management.
Assist with invoicing, expense tracking.
Coordinate with external accountants and auditors as needed.
Maintain organized filing systems for administrative and financial documents.
Support the team with general administrative duties to facilitate project workflows.
Maintain ISO
Qualifications
Prior experience in an office administration role
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and accounting software - Sage
Excellent organizational and administrative skills.
Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks efficiently
Good communication skills and organisational skills.
