Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Finance Executive to join our dynamic finance team. The successful candidate will play a vital role in managing financial planning, analysis, and reporting activities to support organisational growth and stability. Responsibilities

Prepare and analyse financial statements, reports, and forecasts to support strategic decision-making
Monitor organisational budgets, expenses, and revenue streams to ensure financial health
Assist in the development of financial models and business cases for new projects or initiatives
Conduct variance analysis and identify areas for cost optimisation
Ensure compliance with relevant financial regulations and internal policies
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather necessary financial data and insights
Support audits by providing required documentation and explanations
Maintain accurate records of financial transactions and ensure data integrity within financial systems

Skills

Proven experience in finance, accounting, or related roles, preferably within a corporate environment
Strong understanding of financial principles, budgeting, and forecasting techniques
Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy
Proficiency in MS Office suite, especially Excel; experience with financial software is advantageous
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
Good communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present complex information clearly
Professional qualification such as AAT, ACCA, CIMA, or CPA is desirable but not essential
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
